Three year olds are highly imitative and fantastically want to be like their mommies… hence the conversation I just had with Kate that went something like this.
Kate: [I want a] Diaper Me: Only babies wear diapers Kate: You’re wearing a di@per.And by child logic, I was. So Katie just got her first run down of menses.
And I promised her that she’d get to wear pads if she wanted to when she was an adult.
Nice job. Much better job than my mom did.
