Ah, here’s our budding photographer now. (I think she’s so cute when she tries to frame her picture.) Can’t you just see her 18 years from now with a backpack in a train station in Europe?

This lamp has fascinated Kate since she played in her baby gym underneath it. At the bottom of the photo shows the part that she loves best: the glass ball. I think she fixated on that ball for a whole year, hoping to hold it. Now she can hold it any time she likes because she’s tall enough to reach that high when standing on our bed.
I was looking through the pictures on the camera the other day and found several shots of this lamp. She’s getting pretty good at using the camera and I’m awfully pleased with how this came out. So, being an obnoxious parent, I just thought I’d share it with you.
