Isaiah 55:10-11

For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven,
And do not return there without watering the earth
And making it bear and sprout,
And furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater;

So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth;
It will not return to Me empty,
Without accomplishing what I desire,
And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.

Isaiah 55:10-11

Как дождь и снег нисходит с неба и туда не возвращается, но напояет землю и делает ее способною рождать ипроизращать, чтобы она давала семя тому, кто сеет, и хлеб тому, кто ест, –так и слово Мое, которое исходит из уст Моих, – оно не возвращается ко Мне тщетным,но исполняет то, что Мне угодно, и совершает то, для чего Я послал его.

De même que la pluie et la neige descendent des cieux et n’y retournent pas sans avoir arrosé la terre, sans l’avoir fécondée et l’avoir fait germer pour fournir la semence au semeur et le pain à manger,ainsi en est-il de la parole qui sort de ma bouche, elle ne revient pas vers moi sans effet, sans avoir accompli ce que j’ai voulu et réalisé l’objet de sa mission.
